We begin with a 45min rejuvenating facial aimed at repairing your skin's barrier function. Think of this as building a strong foundation for lasting results. This treatment also includes a 20min in-depth skin consultation where we'll discuss your unique concerns and desired results. Healthy skin starts from within, and our holistic approach will explore any potential internal or external factors that might be affecting your complexion. Following your consultation you'll receive a customised treatment plan and product recommendations tailored to your skin's needs, to provide you with a clear roadmap for achieving your skin goals. This initial consultation is the key to unlocking your healthiest, most radiant skin yet!

First Time Facial 

Step 1: Skin Consultation and Initial Treatment
Following your initial treatment and consultation, we'll book you in for a series of skin conditioning treatments designed to strengthen and repair your skin's natural barrier. 

Why is a strong barrier important? Think of your skin's barrier as a protective shield, and the first line of defence against environmental stressors and irritation. When it's healthy, it keeps moisture in and irritants out. Sometimes this barrier can become compromised, leading to dryness, sensitivity and even hindering the effectiveness of other treatments. A stronger barrier means better absorption of future treatments, leading to optimal results. These treatments are a must before starting any corrective treatments or procedures.

Step 2: Skin Conditioning
Now that we've strengthened your skin's foundations, we can begin more advanced treatments to target your specific concerns. 

Think of it as fine-tuning your skincare journey! 

These treatments are designed to further enhance and optimise what we've already accomplished, leaving your skin looking and feeling its best.

Step 3: Skin Correction
Now that your skin is healthy, rejuvenated and GLOWING, let's keep it that way! This step helps you lock in your results and maintain your glow for the long haul.

Provided that your home care routine is up to scratch, maintenance facials need only be booked every 4-6 weeks. By incorporating regular maintenance facials into your skincare routine, we can ensure that your healthy glow keeps getting better and better.

For a complete skin transformation we recommend 6 treatments over a 12 week period,

How do I book my facials?
Once you have purchased your package, simply reach out to us to schedule your facials at a time that is convenient for you. To ensure you get the same appointment each month, we will book all of your facials in advance.

How do the payment plans work?
Our payment plans are provided through Aglow, who handle all of the customer support and administration for us. Your first payment will be debited from your account 24hrs after you complete your account. This is a super easy process and only takes a few minutes. If you need to update your payment details, or have any questions about your billing, you can contact them on 1300 585 130 or by emailing support@getaglow.co

Are there any extra fees associated with the payment plans?
Yes, each debit will incur a small transaction fee of 2.25%

Is there a lock-in period?
If you choose to pay by payment plan, you are bound by the nominated length of your chosen plan.

I need to cancel or reschedule my booking, how can I do this and how does this affect my package?
Our normal booking and cancellation policy still applies. We may not always be able to accommodate your desired booking change on late notice. Late cancellations severely impact all of our clients who cannot get their skin treated when they so need. So for your fellow skin lovers, please give us 48hrs notice so we can keep our books as open as possible.

Do the treatments in the package expire?
Nope! We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to push your treatments back. Let us know as soon as possible and we can reschedule your appointments to suit.

Can I pause my payments?
Payments can be paused for up to 12 weeks. If you're going away on holiday, let us know and we can pause the payments until you're back. 

Can I transfer my payment plan to a friend?
Payment plans are non-transferrable and non-refundable. If you have any questions about your payment plan, please contact Aglow on 1300 585 130 or email support@getaglow.co
